Introducing Dog (The Bounty Hunter), another volunteer favorite that gets overlooked. He is one of our regulars on the slatmill every Friday. I’ve spent some time with him and can say he has a pretty even temperament. He remains neutral around other dogs and responds well to basic commands. Confident and steady, he would be a great addition for someone who enjoys obedience training and outdoor activities.
Dog did great meeting new people, interacting with children, and being around other dogs at the shelter’s last adoption event. He really enjoys all the attention and belly rubs that people have to offer. He also enjoys playing fetch and would make a great running partner.
Rehoming Needs: Dog can jump standard fences, so we don’t recommend leaving him outside unsupervised. However, he has demonstrated very good recall with the shelter volunteers. Dog is also recommend to go to a home with no cats or other small animals.
