Meet Savanah, yet another amazing dog who has been unnoticed for over 185 days. We hope someone will soon recognize her wonderful temperament and bring her home. Simply sharing this post could make a big difference in finding her a loving family.
Savanah gets overlooked and passed over by potential adopters, and shelter volunteers don’t understand why. She’s a medium size dog that knows her basic obedience commands and LOVES to play fetch. Whether she’s walking, playing, or even sleeping, Savanah can be found with a tennis ball in her mouth. Although she is excited to play fetch with her humans, she settles down quickly. She is also very food/treat motivated and generally does well around other dogs.
Rehoming Needs: Overall Savanah has no major behavioral concerns or needs at this time. She could use a refresher on her leash walking skills (she pulls when excited), but mostly she just needs a patient owner to reintroduce her to life outside the shelter
