Severus is the life of the party! This goofy boy loves to run, fetch, hike, swim, and car rides. He would make a great adventure buddy. Like many huskies, Severus is curious, vocal, and rambunctious. Although energetic, Severus quickly settles and happily lays down to enjoy pets and affection. Severus also enjoys the company of other canines, and could do very well with a canine sibling.
Rehoming Needs: Severus has shown reactivity towards small children who approach him at the shelter. Due to this Severus is recommended to a home with only adults/teenagers. Note- While on Doggy Day Outs with volunteers, Severus has shown more neutral behavior around children. Severus’ future adopters will need to provide him training and slow introductions if meeting children.
